How can I make a booking?

You can use the online booking system on our website, call us on +39 041 966 448 or send us an email at fiori@vacanze-natura.it.

Can I choose a pitch or housing unit number?

It is possible to request a specific pitch number only by contacting us directly and not via the online platform.

As regards the housing units, a specific number cannot be requested; the number is assigned upon arrival at the reception regardless of the booking method.

What are the Booking Terms?

How do I pay and how much is the deposit?

Payment methods are outlined in the deposit request sent via email when booking through our booking office. For online bookings, the deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. The deposit amount is approximately 30% of the total stay booked.

When should the balance of the stay be paid?

The balance of the stay can be paid on the day of departure or the previous day at the cash office during its opening hours.

What payment methods are accepted?

It is possible to pay by credit card, Visa or Mastercard, Debit Card, Maestro or cash within the limits established by law.

Please check your credit or debit card limits before arriving at the Camping Village.

Who pays the tourist tax and how much is it?

All guests, irrespective of age, are obliged to pay the tourist tax at the time of payment. The amount is set by the Municipality of Cavallino Treporti (in 2024, it was € 0.80 per person/day, applicable during the period from May to September).

How does check-in take place?

Online check-in, accessible upon receiving the booking confirmation, should be completed by logging into your reserved area to expedite the registration process. A reminder is also sent a few days before the stay begins. Alternatively, check-in can be performed in person upon arrival. Guests are encouraged to visit the reception with all necessary documents and vehicle plate number.

From what time can I check in on the day of arrival?

It is possible to access the pitches and housing units starting from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival.

Can those who have booked a pitch arrive before the scheduled time?

Arrival is permitted late in the morning for check-in. The pitch, however, is guaranteed from 4:00 pm onward, so it is advisable to plan your trip accordingly. During the period from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, silence hours are in effect, and vehicle circulation is prohibited.

Can those who have booked a housing unit arrive before the scheduled time?

Accommodation is guaranteed from 4:00 pm, so it is advisable to plan your trip accordingly. However, arriving in the morning is permitted, not before 11:00 am, to check-in, use all Camping Village services, and, if available, use the parking space for the booked housing unit. Once the housing unit is ready, an SMS notification is sent to your mobile phone. During the period from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm, silence hours are in effect, and vehicle circulation is prohibited.

Is it possible to arrive at night?

Arrival after 11:00 pm is possible for housing unit bookings by leaving your car outside, handing in your documents to security and collecting your accommodation keys. The next morning you can collect your camping passes and wristbands from reception and take your car to the housing unit car park.

Arrival for pitch bookings is not possible after 11:00 pm.

By what time must check-out be completed and must the pitch be vacated on the day of departure?

On the day of departure, guests must vacate the pitch by 12:00 am. Please proceed to the reception to return your camping passes and bracelets, and exit the facility, including with the vehicle.

By what time must check-out be done and must the housing unit be vacated on the day of departure?

On the day of departure, guests must vacate the housing unit by 9:30 am. Please proceed to the reception to return your camping passes, bracelets, and keys, and exit the facility, including with the vehicle.

Are day visitors permitted?

Non-overnight visitors are permitted only if visiting our guests. They must go to the reception to register and pay the daily rate at the cash office as per our price list.

The Management reserves the right to limit access during peak periods; we therefore recommend contacting us in advance to check the availability of entrances.

Housing Units and Pitches

What equipment do the housing units have?

By visiting the ‘Lodging’ section on our website and selecting each specific type of accommodation, you can access details about the amenities and services of each housing unit. Additionally, you will find a brief description, virtual tour, photo gallery, as well as the housing unit layout and a map of the Village to identify the location of each type of accommodation.

What services are included in the price?

Housing units: accommodate up to 4 people and include 1 parking space (2 parking spaces for Bungalows), bed linen, bathroom linen (exclusive to Chalet Natura, Chalet Pineta and Bungalows), beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds, except for Caravan Tabbert), access to the pool, air conditioning, basic Wi-Fi, entertainment and final cleaning.

Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price.

Pitches: include water loading and unloading, 10-amp electricity, access to shared facilities, access to the pool, basic Wi-Fi and entertainment. It is possible to occupy the pitch with 1 campervan + 1 car, 1 caravan + 1 car or a tent + 1 car; sleeping in a car is not permitted. The maximum crew on a pitch is 6 people.

Please note that the tourist tax is not included in the price.

How can I get cots, high chairs and bed rails in the housing units?

This equipment is made available free of charge and can be requested at the time of booking taking into account the following criteria:

  • Cot for children up to 2 years old
  • High chair for children up to 3 years old
  • Bed rail for children up to 4 years old

For each child, you may request either a cot or a bed rail, but not both.

The equipment is brought to your housing unit in the late afternoon on the day of arrival.

Do you provide cots, high chairs and bed rails for the pitches?

This equipment is only provided to guests staying in the housing units.

How can I get towels in the housing units?

Some housing units are already supplied with towels, see the Lodging section of our website.

For housing units that do not include them, towels can be requested when booking at the price of Euro 6.00 per set – each set includes a bath towel, a face towel and a bidet towel.

Towels can also be requested on site.

The Camping Village

Is the Camping Village located near the sea?

Camping Village Dei Fiori is located in a lush pine forest along the Cavallino-Treporti coastline and has an equipped beach.

How can I reach you by car or public transport?

This information is available in the ‘Contacts’ section under ‘How to get there’ on our website.

Are animals allowed?

Animals are not allowed, except for guide dogs.

Are the pools heated?

The pools are equipped with a heating system. The maintained temperature is approximately 27°-28°, subject to variations based on climatic conditions.

Is grilling permitted?

Grilling is permitted; however, for safety reasons, only electric or gas grills using Campingas cylinders are permitted (therefore, grilling without an open flame, not with charcoal).

Please note that this equipment is not provided by the Camping Village.

Can I have packages delivered to the campsite?

During your stay, packages may be delivered to the address of Camping Village Dei Fiori, Via Vettor Pisani 52, 30013 Cavallino-Treporti (VE) – Italy. Please make sure to specify your surname, name, and accommodation number.

Is there any entertainment? Suitable for what age group? What activities are there for children and teenagers?

The Village provides personalised entertainment for all age groups. The Kids Club is ready to welcome children aged 3-12 years, while teenagers (13-17 years) can enjoy activities at the Junior Club throughout the day. These programmes are designed to be fun, dynamic, and creative, fostering a sense of togetherness.

Can you suggest any local day trips?

By visiting our website in the ‘Surroundings’ section or contacting our information office (no. 6 on the village map), you can discover the beauties surrounding us, as well as have the opportunity to book various excursions.

Where can I buy tickets for public transport?

At the information office (no. 6 on the village map).

How can I book a table at the restaurant?

By going directly to the restaurant (no. 3 on the village map).

Is half board offered?

There are no half board or full board options available.

How can I book a massage?

By going directly to our information office (no. 6 on the village map).

How can I rent a bike?

Bicycles can be rented directly at our ‘Bazaar’, no. 5 on the village map.

How can I rent sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach?

1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds are included in the price of all housing units, except for the Caravan Tabbert. Umbrellas and sunbeds can be rented before arrival or at the reception, subject to availability, at the rates specified in our price list.

Is it possible to rent cool boxes?

Cool boxes, located in the toilet facilities (no. 1 on the village map) can be rented by going to our information office (no. 6 on the village map).

Is it possible to rent a refrigerator?

On-site rentals are not available, but you can contact the information office for assistance in arranging rentals from specialised shops located nearby.

Where can I find the Wi-Fi code?

At the conclusion of the check-in process, camping passes are issued, containing printed access credentials.

Are there any organised swimming lessons?

Swimming courses take place at our pool. Timetables and costs can be obtained from our information office.

Is there a doctor at the facility?

The private medical service is available next to the reception every day approximately from the end of May to the beginning of September. To find out the opening hours and for any further needs, please contact the reception during your stay.

Are there any shops, grocery stores or other services?

  • Charging point for electric cars. Charging vehicles via the electrical socket of the pitch or housing unit is not permitted.
Is it possible to find gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian foods and products in the restaurants and supermarket?

Both the supermarket and restaurants offer gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan alternatives. Feel free to visit these establishments directly for specific dietary requirements.

Is there a gym in the Camping Village?

You can also work out on holiday in our fitness centre, which is equipped with modern and high-quality Tecnogym machines. Access is free of charge and is permitted to persons aged 16 years and over. You must wear appropriate clothing, clean trainers and have a towel with you. A disclaimer must be signed at our information office before entering the fitness centre.
